What You'll Be Doing

• Apply the correct procedures when searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered.
• Modify, update, and correct data in our automated systems.
• Enter data into an automated system and validate information from applications and related source documents.
• Refer cases with discrepancies to another unit for review.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Accomplish all assigned tasks and requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language.
• US Citizenship and ability to pass a thorough background and credit check.
• Experience in an office/clerical environment is desired.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
• Ability to pass a computer skills test with a score of at least 66%.
• Ability to pass a typing test with at least 85% accuracy.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Professional work ethic.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
