About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our growing team and support our customers in the residential property management industry. As part of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the customer onboarding processes, for ensuring that customers are successful in implementing and launching Steady products, and for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The Customer Success position will require you to develop strong relationships with your customers, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your customers’ needs are met and ensure they remain customers of Steady. This will include frequent collaboration with Development and Product teams to ensure that the Steady platform continues to evolve to exceed our customers’ expectations.
You will be required to maintain high-level knowledge of each of the Steady offerings and configuration options so you can communicate effectively with customers. You also must be able to effectively manage multiple projects that benefit customers and see them through to completion.
About You
You are currently working as a sales representative or a customer success person at a company that sells goods or services to the residential property management community.
You have experience managing a portfolio of multiple clients of different sizes and you are passionate about and driven by the satisfaction of your customers. You are a top performer, and you are relentless in your mission of ensuring nothing but the highest level of customer satisfaction. You go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, irrespective of their size.
You enjoy conducting regular meetings with your customers to review solution performance and provide best practice recommendations, and you like being the go-to person for all matters relating to the customer. You are patient and you know how to train a customer to get the best results out of the products and solutions the company offers.
You are hands on and a team player always willing to get into the weeds to continuously improve customer experience, always proposing new ideas and different opinions.
You are not afraid of complexity, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy working in fast-moving startups to create high quality work. You need to be extremely well organized and have a great attention to detail and consistency.
You need to be able to work and interact with multiple stakeholders remotely on different time zones.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer success or other customer-facing experience in SAAS or Property Management industry
- Experience delivering consistent outcomes for stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Detail oriented
- Team oriented and strong customer empathy
- Canva and Animaker experience a plus
- Experience in insurance and financial services a plus
- Experience working with different CRMs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, work independently, and take initiative
- Hardworking, well organized and disciplined
- Experienced in MS Office
- Proven ability to retain and grow accounts
- Passion for creating solutions that exceed customer expectations
