The Corporate AccountManager(CAM)positionwill currentlyberesponsible for product sales and pull throughfor Rolvedon(withinadesignatedgeography (FL).Therolealsowill beresponsibleforthecreation,coordinationandexecutionofstrategicbusinessplansforkeyaccountswithin theregionbasedonmarket dynamics,GPO connectivity,andbusiness analytics.
Essential Functions
Responsibilitieswillinclude;
- Contract implementation and management
- Regionalreimbursementknowledge,
- Developand maintain strategicrelationshipswithkeydecisionmakers,
- Identificationofemergingtrendsandalternativestothebusiness model.
AllRolvedonpromotionalpracticeswill be ethical and adhere to Assertio's Compliance policies, the regulatory requirements of the FDA, OIG guidance, PhRMA code and other government agency guidelines.

- Develop l ocal pro v ider pa y er advocates to support corporate and / or brand i n i t i atives.

- Effect i ve l y communicate and drive Rolvedon customer agreements / contracts to interna l and externa l sta k eho l ders .
- Effect i ve verbal and w r i tten commun i cation s k ills and organ i zat i ona l abil i t i es.
- Develop strateg i call y targeted account-specific bus i ness p l ans that reflect an i n-depth understanding of loca l ma r ketforces.
- L ead cross-functional teams w i th i n Spectrum to deve l op long-te r m r e la t ionships w ith k e y accountsand sta k eho l ders w ithin the mar k etp l ace.
- M a i ntains a product i ve and compl i ant w or k i ng relationsh i p w i th our GPO partners w ithin the Communi ty & H osp i tal Oncolog y space .
- Effect i ve l y managetime , resources and w or k load.
- U nderstand national and l ocal re i mbursement po l icies for the ass i gned reg i on .
- Create , build and mainta i n appropriaterelationsh i ps w i th k e y dec i s i onma k ers , adm i n i strators , and other H CP ' s in thec l ini c hospita l space .
- Demonstrateab il i ty to adjust to changing strateg i es to support corporate and / or brand w h il e ma i ntaining the highest level ofperformance .
Education/Experience
- E x pert understand i ng of the bus i nessof Oncology.
- E x perience w i th p h y s i c ian-administered injectables a must, with hematology/oncology experience preferred.
- Proven trac k record for de l iver i ng cons i stent sa l es results w h il e ma i ntaining h i ghest ethica l standards .
- Kno w ledge and e x perience of l ega l and comp l iance frame w or k re l ated to the pharma / b i otech indust r ies .
- Bachelors degree , preferabl y in Life Sc i ence , Bio l ogy.
- M inimum of 5 y ears of sales , sa l es management and / or account management e x perience in the pharmaceut i cal or biotech i ndust ry , M i n i mum of 2 y ears of sa l es i n oncology.
- Strong compl i ant trac k record of GPO re l at i onships and e x ecuting GPO contracts i n both the commun i ty oncolo gy & hosp i talsegments .
- Ab il i ty to develop and gro w strong professional re l at i onships .
- M ust cons i stentl y demonstrate a comm i tment to a cultureof compl i ance , i ntegri ty and business ethics .
- Ab il i ty to w or k effect i ve l y i n a team or i ented , cross-funct i ona l environment w h il e ma i ntaining an entrepreneuria l sp i rit , on aconsistent bas i s .

Physical Requirements
- Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position of up to 20 lbs. on occasion.
