Payroll/Office Manager Jobs

The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Payroll/Office Manager to our Abigail Kirsch team in New York. As a Payroll/Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of administrative support to a diverse team of professionals. The main support provided will highly focus on payroll and assist with preparation of documentation for distribution.
What you'll be doing:

• Maintain accurate files on all employees.
• Interview and meeting coordination.
• Organizing projects.
• Handling proprietary and confidential materials.
• Understand all services, locations and products provided by Abigail Kirsch.
• Perform all the essential daily clerical tasks to complete all proposals and orders which are needed.
• Assist (in down time) operation managers.
• Performing a variety of word processing assignments.

What we're looking for:
Must-haves:

• At least two years of administrative experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
