About Our Client:

My client is a leading FinTech startup that is disrupting the vendor management vertical with an impressive list of clients ranging from global asset management firms with $500Bn AUM to your boutique "mom&pop" shops. As they expand, they're looking to add an Account Manager to work closely with companies across a variety of industries. Great exposure to senior leadership!!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, and maintain regular communication with the sales team
  • Prepare progress reports for clients and superiors
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to enhance upselling and cross-selling to clients
  • Foster and enhance client relationships to establish long-term partnerships
  • Receive and address inquiries and requests from customers promptly
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and explore ways to enhance business operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client concerns and needs
  • Organize and lead meetings involving the legal team, counterparties, and clients
  • Collaborate effectively with the legal team to facilitate progress in engagements


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Background in the investment management or SaaS industry is a PLUS
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or account management
