We are looking for a world class Account Manager, who will work with our amazing partners including top digital advertising publisher media companies, leading advertising agencies, and major marketers.Your focus will be growing our partners' businesses.

- Cross-Platform digital attribution for advertiser web site and mobile app conversions across desktop, mobile, connected speakers, and OTT/CTV for video, audio, podcast, and display ads.
- AI-driven real-time Dynamic Creative Optimization with multivariate ad builder for video, audio, display and native ads proven to increase campaign performance up to 200%.
- Dynamic Data Optimization including predictive targeting to uncover the optimal multidimensional targeting for each campaign using 1st and 3rd party data.

A Lot About You
Candidates should be smart, independent self-starters with a high level of attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a high paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. You must have some experience in digital advertising or digital marketing. If you do not, please do not apply. You also must be located in the New York Metro area. If not, please do not apply. This job is fully remote for now, but within the next few months, it is likely that you would work some days in our New York office and/or meeting in person with New York clients in person.
In this role, you’ll:
- Work collaboratively with our clients, partners and internal teams to provide proactive, top-notch support and optimizations to publishers, agencies and advertisers to meet digital campaign performance targets.
- Provide Finance with monthly billing and reconciliation.
- Be the technical point of contact for troubleshooting conversion pixel implementation and campaign trafficking issues.
- Collect ad creative assets from clients, verify specifications, follow ad creative implementation process, and work with closely with the rich media animated ad creative team.
- Manage campaign performance based on client’s goals and make optimization recommendations. Ensure campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with advertisers and internal technical support team to implement advertiser technical conversion tracking attribution solutions.
- Focus on increasing revenue for publishers and boosting campaign performance for direct response and brand advertisers.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of dozens of advertiser campaigns.
- Build positive client business relationships.
- Compile detailed, comprehensive reports and campaign wrap decks and make in-depth analyses to enhance both advertiser and publisher campaign performance.
- Work with large publishers, agencies, advertisers, data providers and programmatic DSPs.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Comfortable escalating and presenting key issues to senior management.
- Proven track record of sales success or success growing and retaining client business relationships.
- Has at least 1-2 years of professional work experience in digital advertising or digital marketing.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Has strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to think critically about client needs and develop internal solutions.
- Has a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Is self-motivated, hard working, driven, organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a minimum of 6 months account management, customer service, sales, or business development experience.
- Has superior verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Capability to work proactively under pressure with high attention to detail handling and prioritizing multiple ad hoc requests.
- Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player.
- Experience in streaming audio, podcasting, digital video, OTT/CTV, and/or display advertising is a plus.
- Has a BS or BA degree.
- Highly analytical and creative at the same time; a balance of creative and analytical mindset and interest.
