Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Hiring Company IPA product to new customers and educate them on its capabilities
• Provide feedback to product management and marketing to enhance product capabilities
• Project manage new customer onboardings
• Train customers on the adoption of the Hiring Company machine learning platform
• Interact with business owners, qualified users, and stakeholders to understand their needs

Requirements

• Self-directed and eager to learn
• Familiarity with ticket tracking systems like Jira, Hubspot, or Salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to connect with users and make machine learning accessible
• 5 years of customer success or customer support experience in a software organization
• Experience working with non-technical users
