Call Center Rep. (Remote After Training) ($17.00 - $20.00 / Hour)

Employer is seeking a candidate for a customer service role in a high-volume call center. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity for long-term career success, where hard work is rewarded and the potential for growth is limitless.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals in writing, in person, and over the telephone
• Address health plan-related issues and concerns
• Resolve complaints and inquiries from members, providers, and other stakeholders
• Handle delivery system issues such as appointment access, service complaints, physician selection, fee quotes, and patient billing
• Provide information regarding health plan coverage, claims, referrals, eligibility, and delivery system issues

Requirements

• Call center experience in a healthcare or insurance environment preferred
• Knowledge of medical or health plan insurance member support
• 1 year of high-volume call center experience
• High School Diploma/GED (Associates Degree preferred)
• Strong customer service skills
