Call Center Agent (Remote Work/Flexible Hours) ($11.00 / Hour)

As a Call Center Agent, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, conducting interviews and entering responses into our data collection system. With a minimum commitment of two three-hour shifts per week, you can easily fit this job into your schedule. If you have basic computer skills, a clear speaking voice, and the ability to follow set procedures, we encourage you to apply.

• Conduct outbound calls to interview individuals on various topics
• Accurately enter responses into a computer-based data collection system
• Follow scripts verbatim and adhere to set procedures
• Sit, dial phone numbers, and perform data entry tasks
• Interact with individuals over the phone in a professional manner

Home Requirements

• Use a headset with a microphone for communication
• Have a strong Ethernet/broadband internet connection
• Create a quiet homework environment with minimal interruptions
• Possess an up-to-date home desktop or laptop computer

Personal Requirements

• Previous retail, customer service, or call center experience is a plus
• Have a clear speaking voice and professional phone communication skills
• Exhibit acceptable reading and pronunciation skills
• Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Shift Hours Available

• Saturday and Sunday: 10am-9pm
• Monday to Friday: 4pm-9pm
