(Remote Near Daytona Beach, Fl) Call Center Representative ($17.00 - $18.50 / Hour)

Requirements

:

• One month of training in Daytona Beach
• Hybrid schedule of three days remote and two days in office after training
• Paid weekly every Friday
• Reliable transportation to Daytona Beach is required
• Must have at least 6 months of call center or office experience
• Must be available for an eight-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls as necessary
• Handle approximately 50-80 inbound calls per day, addressing mortgage-related questions
• Take calls on the mortgage line and insurance lines
• Receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
• Cross-train to handle all calls
• Utilize problem-solving and resolution skills, maintaining a professional manner
• Respond quickly and accurately, meeting internal and external standards consistently
• Multi-task between systems to research and document calls
• Handle inquiries on homeowners insurance from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
