Job Responsibilities


  • Monitor live queue for timely case readings, notifying radiologists and reassigning cases as needed
  • Communicate with radiologists regarding rereads or missing information
  • Triage inbound calls from centers regarding case submissions, patient demographics, study status, radiologist communication, and complaints
  • Provide Level I support to centers and submit IT tickets when necessary
  • Make outbound calls to centers for positive findings and additional study information


Job Requirements


  • PACS experience preferred, but not required
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience in basic computer skills, clerical work, call center environment, or customer service
