Responsibilities

• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
• Analyze and document existing business practices
• Understand the business issues and data challenges of the organization
• Define standard business processes and solutions
• Identify strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Access databases is a bonus
• Thorough knowledge of business processes and computerized business applications
• Ability to analyze business situations and problems
• Bachelor's degree in a related area and 2+ years of experience
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
