Responsibilities


  • Analyze call center data to improve efficiency and suggest operational improvements
  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues
  • Ensure quality customer service and understanding of supported product suite
  • Update incident logs and provide customer feedback to product development teams
  • Provide mid-level/tier two technical product support to customers remotely


Requirements


  • Proficient in technical product support
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience
