Job Responsibilities


  • Building rapport with callers of diverse backgrounds to accurately assess their needs and provide solutions
  • Navigating multiple systems while engaging callers with clear and positive language
  • Focusing on quality and first-call resolution, while minimizing processing time and after-call work
  • Providing excellent customer service and support through clear communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Skills


  • Annuity experience required and must obtain licensing within 90 days of hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, with preference for post-secondary education
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule between 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in navigating complex customer interactions and resolving issues
