Employer is a leading ecommerce company in Seattle seeking qualified HR Call Center Representatives to join their team. This 100% remote position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that values employee growth and success.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stocks, Payroll, Talent Management, and Operations partners to provide excellent customer service and find solutions for employees
- Encourage self-service tools for employees to enhance their experience
- Work remotely from the comfort of your own home
- Join a team that is the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, policies, and benefits
- Develop research skills and ability to resolve HR issues using a case management system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, especially Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- Knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Experience using knowledge database and researching skills
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- HR experience in payroll and benefits
- HR technical abilities, preferably in HR software
