Hr Call Center Representatives (Remote) ($21.00 / Hour)

Employer is a leading ecommerce company in Seattle seeking qualified HR Call Center Representatives to join their team. This 100% remote position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that values employee growth and success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, especially Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Experience in confidential environments
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 6+ months of human resources experience

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of a third language is a plus
• Experience using knowledge database and researching skills
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 1+ years of human resources experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• HR experience in payroll and benefits
• HR technical abilities, preferably in HR software
