Remote Data Entry/ Call Center Representative ($17.00 - $18.00 / Hour)

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the standard order process
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and research and provide solutions to issues
• Manage outbound calls to current clients/customers in a timely manner
• Support the claims team in their daily operations
• Enter invoices and other updated documents into the internal system

Customer Interaction

• Answer potential customers' questions and provide additional information via email
• Update customers on the minimum order requirements and offer upselling options

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 1-2 years of experience in a related position (outbound/inbound call center, order entry, data entry, inside sales, etc.)
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new applications and software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to effectively interact with prospective clients
