Responsibilities

• Contact qualified leads and offer promotional vacation packages
• Participate in ongoing professional sales training
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist guests with questions about vacation properties, packages, and procedures
• Must be able to work various locations and schedules

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Must have a stable internet connection with minimum download speed of 50-100 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
• Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience is a plus
• Friendly, outgoing, upbeat attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills while maintaining high quality on all calls
• Ability to build rapport and overcome objections
• Fast learner who is eager to increase their knowledge and skillset
• Must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions and interruptions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Performs assigned job duties and complies with company policies and procedures

Experience

• Vacation Package Booking Experience Preferred
• Call Center Experience Preferred

Education & Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED
