This position will be supporting the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) - a passionate and innovative team with a mission to provide Financial Power to All™. Our portfolio offers credit education and identity protection solutions to consumers and helps businesses manage the impact of a data breach.



You will partner with the leadership team to manage and execute operational processes and procedures for Experian Consumer Services programs. This will include supporting existing and new products/features in the financial services industry, current and new operational partners, with a focus on operational excellence, and legal, regulatory, and compliance implementation.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Serve as SME for all operational processes across Experian programs, in support and collaboration with key partners and stakeholders – internal and external
  • Evaluate operational program processes, identify action items, dependencies and risks to implement sustainable and scalable solutions
  • Monitor, analyze and document performance of external partners via KPIs and SLAs, to support day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual obligations are met or exceeded
  • Develop, implement and optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness to support core financial services products
  • Focus on continuously delivering business and operational value - track, trend, analyze business metrics to drive actionable operational improvements and enhancements
  • Drive coordinated efforts for complex programs in defined timelines to achieve specific operational business goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Experian teams (product, tech, marketing, CS, risk & compliance, legal and business leaders) to establish and align on deliverables
  • Connect the dots across all operational program aspects to achieve desired business outcomes.


Qualifications


  • Deep understanding of financial services industry operations, systems and ecosystem players
  • Team player and individual contributor
  • Successful track record of managing day-to-day operations for complex programs with deep and holistic understanding of key areas of program management, including risk/fraud, regulatory, customer service, reporting, expense management
  • Sense of humor and sense of adventure – desire to change the status quo and execute a vision
  • 4+ years of financial services, payments, financial institutions, Fintech experience with expertise in fulfilling operational and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology a bonus
  • Passion for customers, customer experience and customer advocacy
  • World class operator with superior attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Progressive experience with a results-oriented growth company, in consumer financial services products
  • High personal integrity, energy, stamina and work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and high degree of personal excellence

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
