Manager, Business Intelligence Jobs

About The Position

The Golden State Warriors are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join the growing Business Strategy and Analytics team. In this role, you will help us achieve our mission of becoming a global leader in experiences and entertainment by leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence (BI) solutions. This position reports to the Director, Business Strategy and Analytics.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training and support for business users to effectively use BI tools
• Other duties as assigned
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BI technologies and best practices
• Ensure the health, compliance, and adoption of the team’s BI platforms
• Work with stakeholders to understand the business, collect requirements, and design reports that are accurate, timely, and insightful
• Develop and implement the company's reporting systems and processes

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical partners
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau
• Expertise with SQL and data manipulation, preferably in BigQuery
• Ability to build positive working relationships with business partners and peers at all levels within the organization
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Data Science, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with CRM systems such as Adobe, Hubspot and Salesforce preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 5 years working on a data team, preferably in a BI or reporting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Compensation

• $108,000 - 114,000 + Bonus
