Who are our Founders?
Shaily Garg, a graduate of IIT Bombay, is on a mission to transform cross-border materials trade. Forbes named her one of the top 30 under-30 achievers in the world. She has also received a SheMaker award for her contributions to the manufacturing industry as a woman innovator.
Ashish Chandrais a graduate of IIT Delhi and a former PwC director with extensive experience in the UK and Middle East markets.
Both founders have extensive manufacturing, logistics, and trade finance experience.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with various third-party installers and vendors to ensure they understand and adhere to GlobalFair's set standard policies throughout the installation process.
- Budget Control: Monitor project expenses and manage budgets related to on-site inspections and project activities.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget estimates, based on client requirements and project scope.
- On-Site Inspections: Travel to various job sites to conduct on-site inspections and ensure that appropriate QC procedures are being followed by vendors and installers.
- Client Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project duration, including on-site interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Address project-related issues promptly during on-site visits, finding innovative solutions to overcome challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors, clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing timely updates on inspections and project progress.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to vendor compliance and project quality, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly assess vendor performance to verify their compliance with GlobalFair's established policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in cabinet installation, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in project management tools, software, and MS Office Suite.
