Project Lead -
Project Lead (PL) is the key member of the Project Team. PL’s responsibilities include communication with clients, medical stakeholders’ management as a scientific expert for HCPs, Public Health representatives, medical societies, academia, and other relevant organizations. PL is responsible for establishing a highly reliable, long-term relationship with clients, promoting and leading various non-promotional medical events (e.g., steering committee, medical summit, consensus paper, advisory boards, continuous medical education, round-table meetings, workshops etc.) and maintaining peer-to-peer communication with all external medical stakeholders and internally with the rest of the Project Team. In addition, PL is responsible for the administrating the virtual platform, where online scientific events take place.
Project Lead – Qualification
- Scientific background required (Bachelors or Masters in medical-related field)
- Capability to deliver quality medical information and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Business acumen is highly appreciated
- Ability to travel in US, up to 15% with overnight stays (e.g., KOL meetings, site locations, internal meetings, medical meetings and congresses)
- Ability to achieve measurable results in a defined timeline
- Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Ability to build/establish scientific collaboration with Clients, HCPs, Key Opinion Leaders, and Professional Medical Societies
- Demonstrated project management ability and solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Ability to perform independent work
- Accountability
- High-agile, skilled, and motivated professional capable of working in a fastpaced, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team
Project Lead – Job Responsibility
- Keep track of project phase, project milestones, and project timelines to ensure the project is progressing in the right direction at the right pace
- Able to discover and identify any potential problems and keep smooth communication with internal and external team members
- Plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way within the confines of a company's goals and vision.
- Administer the use of the Virtual Platform.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
- Participating in telephone conferences, video conferences, other types of the meetings with clients.
- Manage contracts with advisors and clients by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
