Bookkeeper - Part Time - Remote | Wfh

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis (less than 20 hours weekly). This is a remote position, and we kindly request that you live within 30 minutes of Newport Beach, CA, to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities
As our part-time bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in managing and overseeing various financial transactions. Your tasks will include:
Efficiently managing and paying credit card bills
Overseeing and ensuring insurance policies are up-to-date
Handling P.O. Box responsibilities
Taking charge of bill payments
Expertly reconciling accounts
Assisting with other miscellaneous financial tasks as needed

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping experience. Experience with 1099 forms is required.
