Skills and Qualifications

• Customer service skills are a must... if you are not motivated by impacting people's lives, this isn't for you.
• Ability to work well with little to no supervision and with a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accurately
• Staffing and full desk recruiting experience is preferred, but if you've got the right attitude and energy, we want to meet you
• Proactive thinker and effective communication with coworkers and leadership
• Must be proficient with utilizing a computer

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
