Responsibilities:

• Daily organization and updating tracking spreadsheets
• HR compliance
• Support a growing department in all aspects of HR job duties
• Research and development of new policies, forms, processes, as required
• Advising and coaching of operations staff
• Manage HR personal as the need arises
• Other duties and projects as assigned
• Tracking and auditing
• Travel
• Issuing disciplinary action, up to and including termination
• Investigate employment issues and make recommendations
• Projects as assigned from Corporate
• Recruiting as needed
• Daily communication with operations on employee situations
• Up to date on regulations to stay compliant

Requirements:

• Oilfield support services experience preferred
• Must have strong communication skills
• Strength in professionalism and customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Pass drug test and criminal background check
• 3-7 years of Management experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Exceptionally organized
• Ability to multi task in a very fast paced environment
