Job Description
Overview:
ZRS is a leading residential property management company who is able to offer consistent service to both our residents and our clients as a result of our ability to recruit, hire and retain the apartment industry’s most talented people. We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator with good knowledge of HR best practices to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and experience in HR administrative roles, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. You should be able to ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

This position will offer a hybrid workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • LOA (ie. FMLA)
  • Admin tasks like system access management
  • Transitioning Payroll Providers
  • Maintain and Audit I-9
  • Benefits Notices
  • File documents in employee files
  • Data Entry

Qualifications:
In many ways, the HR Coordinator is the “voice” of an organization’s employer brand. This is a responsibility that requires
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and proc.edures.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Workday experience preferred.
