Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • A recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The HR Coordinator's day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to the following activities:
  • Oversees the audit of the data files for the 401k Plan.
  • Reconciles quarterly Cash Balance Plan fallout.
  • Oversees the audit for the Cash Balance Pension Plan.
  • Coordinates with HRBP with onboarding TEAS contractors and employees.
  • Maintains invoice processing for the Health & Welfare plans.
  • Facilitates coordinating Fidelity training for the US sites which includes, but is not limited to 1:1s, webinars, site visits.
  • Collects and sort Benefits mailbox.
  • Oversees converting salary data for US expatriates into the traditional Defined Pension Plan.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the weekly deductions for the 401K Savings Plan in two payroll systems, UKG and ADP.
