- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.

- Managing the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs

- Conducting initial screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit

Ability to perform data entry and multi-task other responsibilities

Excellent written communication, verbal communication and, listening skills

Able to use Microsoft Office, basic typing and computer skills

Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner

Great attitude and the ability to adapt to change

Available to work the hours Monday-Friday (7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience

Experience in utilizing HRIS and other people management systems

Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes (e.g. performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development

Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.

Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.

Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred

Experience supporting the Contract Services or the Food Service Management Industries

Exchange knowledge and work closely with operators to align thinking, deliver solutions and optimize processes.

BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience; a plus.

Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and regulations

HR Certification such as SPHR, PHR.

Work with leadership team in identifying root causes of issues and opportunities to mitigate risks and drive strategic outcomes.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity.

Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and great attention to detail

Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.

Produce employee information for analysis and detailed oriented to perform various audit responsibilities.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

This positions is used to train to become drivers of our non CDL 26' Box trucks

Go out with drivers on company delivery trucks and deliver material to job sites.

Load and Unload company trucks
