Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to payroll, safety, onboarding, coaching, recruiting, and interviewing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the construction services industry and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistent across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, safety, onboarding, coaching, recruiting, and interviewing.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve HR-related issues.


Qualifications


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in onboarding, coaching, recruiting, and interviewing.
