Admin Assistant $14.00/Hr Full Time Bilingual

Now hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a fast paced environment at a distribution center in the greater McAllen area.

• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Keep Data Log
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
• Make and update spreadsheets
• Using computers to generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research.

Schedule Monday to Friday (Saturday if Needed)

08:00am to 05:00pm

Work Experience

• Fast Learner
• Data Entry

• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
