Business Development Executive, Healthcare Staffing - Remote
MUST have experience selling Nurse Staffing
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our fast-growing healthcare staffing client. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding their client base in the healthcare staffing industry. The Business Development Executive have a successful track record and proven experience in selling talent solutions/bundles to hospitals and healthcare systems. You will have a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Driven by research, you will be required to develop and implement a client acquisition plan to ensure desired outcomes and targets are achieved.
What You’ll Do
- Foster relationship and always look for opportunities to increase sales.
- Aim your insights to generate leads and prospective customers; this may include cold calling, direct marketing, and use of the CRM.
- Source and connect with the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Define, plan, and support the roll-out of sales campaigns with marketing and the business.
- Meet with and target the right accounts and customers/clients in person or virtually.
- Discuss and understand the insights, issues, and needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan and value proposition of how to meet these.
- Accountability for successfully leading and winning local and national clients.
- Research and identify insights and new business accounts, opportunities, and areas of growth - including new markets, growth areas, trends, talent solutions, products, marketing.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and engagements with clients and contacts.
- Own, develop, create, and manage a sales database and pipeline.
What You Need
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Knowledge of technology systems such as Salesforce, Target Recruit, and proficiency in utilizing communication platforms like Sense (TextUs, Whatsapp, etc.).
- Proven experience and success in sales, particularly in selling directly to hospitals and healthcare facilities including Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Schools and Correctional facilities, and others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently.
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and experience working with SaaS companies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business development opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the Nurse market and expertise in the healthcare staffing industry.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and lead international teams effectively.
