Job Description

Come join our growing team!!! We are looking for a first-class team player with a totally flexible approach to join our Human Resources Team. Below are some of the duties associated with this position.
Responsibilities
  • Assists with company planned events – i.e., United Way Campaign, various employee luncheons, holiday parties
  • Create timely and relevant corporate communication through channels such email and text.
  • Completes onboarding weekly of all newly hired associates
  • Enjoy building working relationships and working on collaborative projects with other departments
  • Conducts employee presentations and enrollments
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Must be comfortable dealing with highly confidential and often sensitive information
  • All department filing, shredding, faxing, scanning and copying.
  • Assists with new employee hiring processes
  • Must have great attitude and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Maintains employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Must be extremely organized with a keen eye for details
  • Assist with the recruitment and interview process (e.g. updating recruitment activity spreadsheets, preparation of offer letters, scheduling of onboarding, screening hourly applicants)
Requirements
  • Preferred hours would be Monday - Friday 9 am – 5 pm. However, there is a possibility of some flexibility with schedule.
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Excellent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or GED, HR degree or certificate preferred.
  • Experience creating and updating Excel worksheets.
  • Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
  • Enjoy building working relationships and working on collaborative projects with other departments
