Bilingual Skilled Recruiter (Houston Market)

We are looking for a Skilled Recruiter who has a previous recruiting background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Hours:M-F and flexibility for on-call hours
Pay Rate:Very competitive salary, DOE, excellent incentive program
:We are looking for a skilled bilingual recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates. The skilled bilingual recruiter's responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to qualified skilled candidates, communicating with clients and applicants in both English and Spanish, interviewing and/or assessing clients and candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers.
Skilled trades such as forklift operators, sit-down and reach mechanics, welders, maintenance techs, building maintenance, CSRs, IT, clerical/administrative positions, and construction positions are all resume-based and work one-on-one with clients to fulfill their specific candidate requirements for a unique or specialized skilled position.
Responsibilities and Duties:Work with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare or edit job descriptions.Identify and execute suitable recruiting strategies for a diverse range of professional-level roles.Utilize various interview techniques (resume screens, telephone interviews, behavioral interviews, etc.).Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and nurture a pipeline for key corporate positions; develop a pipeline of candidates; and grow the candidate database.Actively participate in team meetings, share ideas and concepts, and mentor others.Maintain a record of recruiting activities and proactively communicate regularly with hiring and branch managers regarding search activity.Gather and analyze timely candidate and interviewer feedback.Create, track, and finalize appropriate paperwork, including requisitions, offer letters, etc.Monitor quality of hire, time-to-fill, and other metrics, as required.
