Job Description
Job Summary


Seeking HR Manager that will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the company. This includes managing employee relations, performance evaluation, recruitment, HRIS administration, benefits administration, policy creation, training coordination, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Manager acts as a trusted advisor to management and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Duties/Responsibilities


Performance Evaluation


  • Develop, prepare, monitor, and distribute performance evaluation processes and materials.
  • Collaborate with management to establish clear performance goals and expectations.


Recruitment


  • Act as a liaison with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Handle all H1-B Visa renewal efforts.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including conducting background checks, creating and executing offer letters, and administering new hire paperwork.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.


HRIS Administration


  • Administer and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) for accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee records.


Employee Relations


  • Drive and develop company culture by implementing surveys, employee events, personal development and training, and promoting the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Coach and advise management on employee-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.


Onboarding and Offboarding


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees which includes the completion of HR paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.


Benefit Administration


  • Serve as liaison between brokers to ensure employees are enrolled correctly into all benefits.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.


Policy and Handbook Management


  • Ensure policies comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.


Information Audit


  • Regularly audit HR information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements.


Compensation Communication


  • Assist in communicating and explaining bonuses, pay raises, and other compensation-related matters to employees.


Training Administration


  • Source external training providers and ensure effective delivery of training initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees and management.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial or HR generalist role.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
