We are looking for a part-time healthcare staffing - onboarding and operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding, operations, and compliance.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to onboard new healthcare staff. This includes verifying credentials, completing paperwork, and orienting new employees to the company. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the staffing department. This includes scheduling interviews, managing the candidate pool, and placing candidates in jobs. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the regulatory environment. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities
