Role Overview
The People Operations Coordinator serves all employees across North America, by providing overall support for employee lifecycle transactions and processes. The role reports into the Global People Operations Manager and is part of a People/Data Ops team of 4 – with counterparts serving employees in other regions.
US-Based,100% Remote position - although a hybrid experience is possible (if preferred) depending on location.

Responsibilities
Data Management
  • Supports the Global People Ops manager in annual compliance, audits and business reporting
  • Under direction of the Global People Ops Manager, implements accurate data management processes across the full employee lifestyle, including on-boarding and offboarding management, background checks, leave and vacation management, movements and raises, transfers and relocations (in partnership with total rewards team) and tech on & off boarding (in partnership with IT Helpdesk), for both permanent and contingent workers
Best practice and compliance
  • Ensures timely and quality-assured delivery of people ops data and processes, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Supports the Global People Ops manager in updating handbooks tailored to the local region
Employee support
  • As part of the Ops team support our people and provide a superior employee experience, responding to employees’ daily queries, guiding local managers and employees on policy/procedures/programs interpretation and application, escalating to Global People Ops manager as needed
Other
  • Additional and adhoc responsibilities and task as assigned by Global People Ops. Manager/Global Head of People Ops
Qualifications
  • Ability to advise, and guide employees on matters related to our processes and systems
  • A strong business acumen and/or interest; solutions driven with focus on people
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels - sense of urgency; high sense of discretion, excellent follow up skills and high customer service mindset, comfortable supporting white glove/serving high touch populations
  • Two (2) years of progressive experience with hands on exposure/experience in Human Resources, data management, systems and data updates, reporting and problem solving.
  • Astute with matters of compliance and federally regulated HR processes
  • Flexible, agile, with an ability to operate and deliver within ambiguity, ever-changing client facing spaces and fast paced/demanding work environments
  • A multi-tasker with strengths in setting priorities and completing projects within deadlines/against budgets
  • Comfortable with HRIS/reporting experience; strong data & analytics & Project Management
Other Key Requirements
  • Degree or higher
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and HR databases and platforms and ability to learn and adopt to new platforms
  • Certification PHR/SPHR/SRHM-CP or SCP (US) – ideal. Any other People related containing education and training
