Responsibilities:
As the Director of HR M&A, you will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with seasoned HR consulting professionals to provide strategic advice to private equity clients and their portfolio companies throughout the transaction lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing post-acquisition human capital consulting support, including merger integration and divestiture assistance.
- Implementing HR cost savings and revenue enhancement solutions for private equity portfolio companies.
- Conducting comprehensive human capital due diligence, focusing on employee benefits, remuneration plans, and equity compensation programs.
- Assisting in workforce management activities following transactions, such as organization design, talent selection, and redundancy management.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of successful project management.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, business, accounting, or finance.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on areas such as actuarial, healthcare consulting, executive compensation, or organization design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven M&A experience, particularly with private equity clients.
