About The Role


The strategy and future of Zillow includes partnering with top performing real estate professionals, known as Zillow Premier Agents (ZPA). The Manager- Key Accounts Partnerships position is a leadership role within our Premier Agent sales and operations team. It leads a team of Advisors who are tasked to mentor, influence, and grow top tier Premier Agent partners operating in the enhanced markets and flex pricing model. This role requires outstanding people leadership and coaching, creative problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and consultative selling. You and your team will develop partner relationships and drive outstanding partner performance.


This position reports to the Senior Director, Key Account Partnerships and is responsible for the following:


  • Share progress towards goals, initiatives, and insights with the team and senior leadership.
  • Lead team to ensure accurate usage and accountability of relevant tools and processes.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop a diverse team to the Leadership Expectations and Behaviors.
  • Guide your team through change and implementation of new initiatives, processes, or strategy
  • Use domain expertise of real estate operations, compliance, affiliated businesses, and industry to drive coaching tactics and resources for your team.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and other business objectives through effective planning, goal setting, and analyzing data on a weekly basis.
  • Build positive relationships across the ZPA org to drive sales performance, implement strategy, remove roadblocks, and cultivate client growth.


This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.


In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $117,000.00 - $187,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.


In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.


Who you are


  • Solid understanding of CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred)
  • Outstanding leader of people – develops people by exemplifying and consistently demonstrating leadership principles
  • Experience leading a team responsible for running a multi-million-dollar book of business and strategic clients
  • Shown ability to train direct reports on interacting with sophisticated processes and customer types, including multiple decision-makers and influencers.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant sales leadership experience.
  • Up to 25% travel in-market per month
  • Leader experienced in building and supporting a culture of equity, belonging and inclusiveness
  • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time Zone hours
  • Proven track record in a dynamic, consultative, high-client touch environment.
  • Experience with Zillow’s flex pricing model preferred
