Account Executive - Software as a Service - HR Tech

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a focus on HR Tech solutions to join our sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business revenue and expanding existing accounts by selling Nebula's solutions to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in selling HR Tech solutions to the enterprise market, a deep understanding of the HR Tech landscape, and a passion for driving growth.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to increase revenue and drive customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed quota
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and manage sales cycles
  • Continuously seek to improve sales skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and news
  • Develop a deep understanding of Nebula's solutions and the HR Tech landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects and clients
  • Document all sales activities and lead interactions in our CRM/ system of record
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and marketing activities


DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Experience taking a new product to market required, startup experience highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of the HR Tech landscape and enterprise SaaS market
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Passion for technology, with a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS market and emerging trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales with a focus on HR Tech solutions required
