Job Description

As a Reseller at FlashIntel, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard new customers to our SaaS platform. You'll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive customer loyalty and retention. Understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Sales and Business Development: Prospect and identify potential clients, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into customers. Actively reach out to target customers and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of FlashIntel's SaaS platform.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of FlashIntel's SaaS platform features, benefits, and use cases to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position FlashIntel's products in the market.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using CRM tools. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers, ultimately closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Proven experience as a successful sales representative or reseller, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence, data analytics, or related technologies is a plus.
