Job Title: Workday International Payroll Expansion Project Manager (100% remote)

This person will work around a 20 hour work week

Pay Rate : $90/hr to $140/hr on W2

Duties

We are in need of an overall project manager to organize and lead expansion of Workday payroll capabilities internationally. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Project to completion.

Scope

• Delivering status reports to upper management on a regular basis, and
• Setting deadlines and evaluating milestones,
• Steering Committee.
• Assigning responsibilities,
• Managing the issue and key decision log,
• Escalating issues that may impact the go-live date to the
• The Project Manager performs a variety of tasks including co-developing, managing and maintaining the Project Plan,

Deliverable

• Customer Team Training, as needed.
• Hypercare / Support Operations, as needed.
• In addition to the specific deliverables above, the Project Manager will be responsible for working with the customer workstream leads to plan, manage, and provide oversight and status of: Project Planning – create combined project plan (EY, Workday and customer tasks/plan)
• Integration Work Management.
• Reports Work Management, as needed.
• Prism use case plan / management (consolidate payroll data for input to Workday as the book of record for Payroll data).
• Test planning.
• Cutover planning.
• Design Session planning.
• Data Conversion, Validation & Clean-up.

• Project plan updates (customer tasks).

• Risk, Issue & Decision Management.
• Facilitation of all program/project executive meetings.
• Fact/metric-based reporting.
• The on-going weekly program operational and governance tasks include:Work Planning and Management with Workstream Leads.
• Ensure cross-functional team collaboration (customer side).
