We source directly from fishing vessels, aquaculture farmers, and processing plants throughout the world to offer a wide variety of products. Utilizing 19 refrigerated docks, products are loaded quickly and in optimum conditions. With a total of 108,000 square feet of freezer and refrigerated storage available, we are able to distribute millions of pounds of seafood each week. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle a wide variety of value-added processing techniques such as handle filleting, portion cutting, marinating, grilling, and skin packing.

Job Details


Responsibilities


  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and timecard issues, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Review and reconcile timecards, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, providing insights and analysis on payroll-related data.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to gather and verify employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.
  • Process payroll using the Paycom system, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and tax laws, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.


Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including payroll tax calculations, wage and hour laws, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and terminology, including employee onboarding, terminations, and benefits enrollment.
  • Proficiency in using Paycom or a similar payroll system is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Experience working with timecard systems and ensuring accuracy in timekeeping.
