Description
As the International Expansion lead, you’ll play a key role on the Sales Operations team for Walmart Marketplace focused on International new seller acquisition and regional market expansion. We are looking for an experienced program leader with expertise in international markets and an understanding of the challenges international expansion presents. This candidate will need to be confident and skilled in project management, data and workstream governance, communication, and prioritization of the international expansion program end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on alignment and a bias for action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve projects’ higher scope obstacles and drive alignment amongst key stakeholders
- Support new seller acquisition goal development, as well as track and monitor performance against goals
- Formulate, organize and monitor all International new seller and regional expansion plans and strategy
- Lead, coordinate, and track cross-project activities
- Prepare reports, presentations and other required materials for executive leadership
Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce, Tableau and Looker
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Proven experience in program management or multi-track project ownership
- Excellent communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $119,00.00-$221,00.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
