The role:
We are looking for a Payroll Generalist to process payroll, assist with compliance registrations and reconciliations, and other related tasks for our client base.
This is a full-time, fully remote job opportunity (open to candidates residing in the US only).

NOTE: You must live in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple entities to resolve filing issues for state/local compliance
- Assist clients in onboarding/terminating employees if necessary
- Partner with client to understand their business needs and objectives
- Run periodic payroll for multiple clients in the US and Internationally
- Communicate with clients regarding payroll issues
- Process employee and company updates (compensation, job titles, departments, health insurance, COBRA, workers comp)
- Assist in registering clients for state and local compliance
- Other admin-type tasks as needed including light AR collections, pulling bank statements, and other filings
Required qualifications
- Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as HR representative, payroll administrator, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with software such as Rippling, Gusto, Deel, and Asana are a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $50,000-$63,000
