5+ years hands on configuration experience with Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking

Serves as the main point of contact to between the HRIS team and Payroll teams.

Loads large number of payroll transactions for payroll to process for off cycle transactions.

Serves as an escalation resource for Tier 2 issues for time tracking, time off and payroll technical areas in Workday.

Run periodic system audits, review and distribute to users for corrections for time tracking and payroll functional area.

Completes all Finance and HR reporting.

Manages miscellaneous payroll tasks, such as repayments and pay adjustment calculations.

Has 2 to 5 years of experience processing full cycle US, Canadian, and union payrolls (asset).

Processes US bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, including employee input/changes, special payments, and gross pay reconciliation.

Maintains and audits timecards, extracts hours, and enters historical edits in Kronos.

Processes relocation payments with our relocation provider.

Seeking, sharing, and applying external trend knowledge and relevant information to further enhance HR processes and improve end user experience

Five (5) years of Human Resources and/or IT and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment

Developing cross-functional knowledge of Workday and learning best practices to assist in the peer review process

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of eleven (11) years of experience with business technologies

One (1) year of Workday Payroll or Time Configuration experience

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Delivering status reports to upper management on a regular basis, and

Reports Work Management, as needed.

Prism use case plan / management (consolidate payroll data for input to Workday as the book of record for Payroll data).

The on-going weekly program operational and governance tasks include:Work Planning and Management with Workstream Leads.

Risk, Issue & Decision Management.

The Project Manager performs a variety of tasks including:

3+ years’ experience within the Workday Ecosystem

Hands on experience configuring Workday Payroll, eg. editing & creating business processes

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high volume, complex payroll environment with strong knowledge of payroll principles

Experience with large company associate base and multi-state payroll.

Good organization skills, as well as an ability to multi-task

Location Details: 100% remote CST time zone

• 2 years of experience with Workday Payroll Configuration

• Experience with Workday Payroll post-production support

• Experience with Workday Payroll implementations

• Experienced performing QA/system and regression testing tasks

• Experienced with supporting WD upgrades including regression testing

Knowledge and relevant experience applying and interpreting federal, state and local regulations relating to meals and wage payments

Must have experience with Workday

Associates degree preferred or equivalent in experience and training

Excellent problem-solving skills, organization, good judgement and high level of attention to detail and accuracy required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with all levels of the organization

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, meet all deadlines, and work well under pressure

Strong working experience in Workday Payroll & Benefits
