Job Description

Client Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company operating in the RevOps (CRM) space. With our headquarters located in Mountain View, California, and has raised $10 million in funding to support expansion plans. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Talent Acquisition to join our leadership team and drive the acquisition of top talent to support company's growth trajectory.



Position Summary:

As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition roadmap to attract, hire, and retain high-quality professionals across various departments and levels within our organization.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth plans and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent sources to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  4. Partner with departmental leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.
  5. Implement and enhance recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
  6. Develop and maintain metrics and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  8. Establish and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the CRM industry.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and innovative hiring practices.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (8+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or CRM industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and meet hiring targets.
  4. Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, universities, and professional networks.
  5. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  6. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and measure success.
  9. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  10. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
