Client Overview:
Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company operating in the RevOps (CRM) space. With our headquarters located in Mountain View, California, and has raised $10 million in funding to support expansion plans. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Talent Acquisition to join our leadership team and drive the acquisition of top talent to support company's growth trajectory.
Position Summary:
As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition roadmap to attract, hire, and retain high-quality professionals across various departments and levels within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth plans and objectives.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent sources to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Partner with departmental leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.
- Implement and enhance recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain metrics and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the CRM industry.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and innovative hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or CRM industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and meet hiring targets.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, universities, and professional networks.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and measure success.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
