About the role:

As our first Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating and reinforcing efficiencies for a high growth talent acquisition effort. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition Team to create a perfect experience for candidates, and work on a daily basis with function leaders across the company to help them build out their teams. Your responsibilities:

• Support monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, and work with HR leadership on regular executive team reporting on progress.
• Lead in coordination efforts for a Talent Acquisition Team of three experienced and high-energy recruiters.
• Participate in all Talent Acquisition meetings around processes, goals and metrics analysis, and act as an integral thought partner with regards to process and workflow improvements.
• Manage high volume interview scheduling requests on a dynamic basis in support of the entire team. Work closely with our recruiters, candidates and hiring teams, and provide full itineraries in addition to leveraging Greenhouse Applicant Tracking and Google Calendars.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team to deliver results with minimal supervision, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Able to stay cool, to adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations and to commit to solving problems in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated predisposition toward (borderline obsession with) rigor, order, smooth operations, delivery of a great experience for everyone involved in what you are doing.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Must have demonstrated ability to interface with all levels in a professional and responsive manner.
• Must possess effective organizational, follow up skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally and with great restraint and discretion.

Other key attributes:

• Experience with Google Suite and navigating a variety of calendar management software tools (including sending and managing invites) is a heavy plus.
• Experience working within an Applicant tracking system (ATS) is a heavy plus. (Greenhouse)
