The TA Coordinator is an exciting new position residing in central University Human Resources. This is a role in support of our Inclusive Talent Acquisition (ITA) initiative which is a multi-year effort to support and grow our diverse community by improving our candidate experience and talent pipeline through embedding fair and inclusive recruiting practices, relying on expert talent acquisition resources for recruiting support, actively sourcing for critical diverse talent pools, and optimizing partnerships to build a steady pipeline of diverse top talent. The TA Coordinator will support the ITA Senior Recruiters and Recruiting Manager by providing candidate coordination and interview scheduling for the various schools and units at Stanford. The TA Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that all candidates have an optimal experience.
We are open to a hybrid work arrangement (a combination of onsite and work from home). The TA Coordinator will be expected to work onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesday of each week. The number of days may occasionally fluctuate subject to business need, but the expectation is that this position will be onsite a minimum of 2 days/week. The onsite work location is Stanford Redwood City Campus, 505 Broadway, Redwood City, California but travel to the Stanford main campus to meet with individuals in schools/units will be required at times.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.

Core Duties
- Ensure all scheduling activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Assist with job fair coordination (virtual or in person)
- Responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communications with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Complete weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting on recruiting activities
- Assist recruiters by screening candidate resumes and by sourcing passive candidates during peak recruitment season
- Update candidate records and job postings in a timely manner
- Act as point of contact for candidates, coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when required
- Train stakeholders on how to use the interview question library
- Support a team of recruiters and hiring managers with day-to-day scheduling of interviews and phone screens
- Keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries in a timely manner, deliver a high-quality experience to all stakeholders
- Create candidate evaluation forms and create consolidated feedback forms
- Greet candidates and facilitate the onsite or virtual interview process, ensuring a high-touch, positive candidate experience
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
