Talent Acquisition


Summary:


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our team in all aspects of the hiring process. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. You will play a crucial role in implementing recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and creating an exceptional candidate experience. If you have experience as a self-starter, innovative, resourceful sourcer and recruiter in the tech industry, with a strong track record as a team player delivering results, this is an opportunity to lead recruiting efforts in a fast growing and disruptive startup.


Responsibilities:


  • Interview Coordination:
  • Ensure candidates receive a positive experience, from initial contact to on-site interviews or virtual meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and personalized communication.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management (Greenhouse):
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Pitch Curated's mission, culture, values, technology, and business potential to candidates. Clearly articulate what we're aiming to achieve and this unique opportunity to join a world-class team
  • Schedule interviews and manage the interview calendar for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and well-organized process.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information, directions, and updates regarding the interview process.
  • Create a diverse candidate pool from a variety of talent pools including passive and active candidates, leverage your advanced internet searches skills, network with professional associations and universities, and whatever creative things you come up with to get results.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Candidate Experience:



About you:


  • A data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • 2+ years experience sourcing and recruiting specialized professionals in the tech industry, e.g., Software Engineering, ML/Data Science/AI, Product Management, Business Operations, or Marketing roles.
  • 5+ years experience in managing the entire lifecycle of sourcing and recruiting (for multiple roles), with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Strong command of candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other creative resources. Ability to generate leads and referrals from your efforts, conversations, and creative skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of managing a successful pipeline using an Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and a variety of other channels.
  • Eagerness to expand your skills and reinvent the traditional recruiting pipeline.
