Job Description

Looking for candidate with experience with private equity transactions who is looking to get more experience in the private equity industry. Role would be to work directly with Funds principals on deal transactions and handling all aspects of modeling and presentation to investment committee. The role would also include working directly with portfolio company CFO's and CEO's on add-on acquisitions and strategic and organic growth opportunities including establishing reporting. The person would ideally have private equity experience and investment banking experience and is proficient with private equity modeling and deal management. We are very heavy buy and build focused and spend a lot of time working with building on a platform through add-on acquisitions.
