Talent Acquisition Coordinator Jobs

Akkodis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a position with a client located in Los Angeles, CA.

Pay/Salary Range: $30- $35/hour.

This is a 1 year contract position - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain documentation of talent acquisition recruitments
• Schedule interviews and maintain applicant communications
• Maintain talent acquisition reports and dashboards
• Conducting pre-employment checks, background and reference checks and preparing offer letters
• Attract, retain and develop candidates and talent for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team
• Coordinate recruitment requisitions within the Applicant Tracking Systems
• Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews
• Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process within the IT Services organization
• Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
• Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication or another related field (strongly preferred)
• Strong with Excel or Smart Sheets
• 1-2 years of experience within Talent Acquisition
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Basic knowledge of human resources and talent acquisition policies and programs
