Akkodis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a position with a client located in Los Angeles, CA.
Pay/Salary Range: $30- $35/hour.
This is a 1 year contract position - Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain documentation of talent acquisition recruitments
- Schedule interviews and maintain applicant communications
- Maintain talent acquisition reports and dashboards
- Conducting pre-employment checks, background and reference checks and preparing offer letters
- Attract, retain and develop candidates and talent for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team
- Coordinate recruitment requisitions within the Applicant Tracking Systems
- Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews
- Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process within the IT Services organization
- Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication or another related field (strongly preferred)
- Strong with Excel or Smart Sheets
- 1-2 years of experience within Talent Acquisition
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of human resources and talent acquisition policies and programs
